Funky Monkeys Rules of Play

	All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Adults are responsible for the behaviour of their children at all times. Funky Monkeys does not take responsibility for the supervision of children. However our staff monitors the play area throughout the day and are all qualified in first aid.
	Only children who are 8 years and under and under 4 foot 3 inches may play on our equipment. Children over this age and/or height restriction will not be allowed access to our play areas.
	Shoes are not permitted on the play equipment.
	Socks must be worn at all times. In the event that you turn up to the centre without socks they can be purchased at reception.
	No food, drink or chewing gum is allowed in the play equipment at any time.
	Play is restricted to 90 minutes during busy times.
	Photography and video cameras are strictly prohibited except whilst in the party rooms.
	We recommend that children wear long sleeves and trousers while playing on the equipment. Clothes with cords should be removed before entering the play area.
	Children who are unwell should not enter the centre.
	Children who wear glasses or contact lenses should take particular care when using our play equipment.
	Smoking is not permitted inside our play centre.
	We have a zero tolerance for fighting or bullying of any type within our centres. Anyone found to be in breach of this will be asked to leave the centre immediately. If you experience any behavioural issues please report to our staff immediately and they will deal with the issue.
	All badges and jewellery must be removed before entering the play area.
	Personal items must be left with parents/guardians as we don’t accept any liability for items stolen or damaged.
	No food or drink except baby food may be brought into our centres as we have a fully operational cafe in all our centres.
	In the interest of health and safety please report all spillages to a member of staff immediately.
	Please report all accidents to a member of staff immediately to ensure that we provide the best assistance possible. All accidents will be logged in our accident report book. We at Funky Monkeys want to ensure the safety of all our customers.
	Changing of nappies should be carried out in the baby change facilities provided at all times. Please place nappies in the bins provided.

We at Funky Monkeys are pleased to provide this facility and whilst we have attempted to make it as safe as possible, the very nature of children’s play activity means that accidents can occasionally happen. We cannot therefore accept responsibility for injury or damage to children or clothing whilst using this play area. Parental supervision is essential, as it is not supervised by our staff.
