Funky Monkeys Party Terms & Conditions


A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a party booking.



Online party bookings can only be made 7 days before the party is due.



Payment of the balance is due on the day of the party. Final numbers must be confirmed with the centre at least 24hours before the party is due to be held.


The deposit and any balance paid is non-refundable. We will endeavour to re-schedule your party for an alternative date if this is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.


Only one child will be admitted per invitation. Uninvited siblings who arrive will be charged the normal admission fee and not expected to join the party for food. If they would like to join the party for food then the normal party price will apply.



We would be grateful if unused party invitations are returned to reception on arrival.


One adult per 6 children is required to provide adequate supervision for your guests


All children must wear socks. These can be provided if necessary at an additional cost.


Please ensure that you have the contact details for parents/carers of children under your supervision in the event of an emergency.


Funky Monkeys may cater for children with allergies under the guidance of parents/carers, however accepts no responsibility for any allergic reaction which may occur as a result.


Party parents/carers please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your party and ask your guests to arrive at the party start time.


All presents will be stored behind the counter and will not be permitted to be opened within the centre.


When your party is finished you will be asked to return to reception to sign out to allow the next party to start promptly.


Photography and video cameras are strictly prohibited except whilst in the party rooms
