When are you open?

Funky Monkeys is open 7 days a week from 10am - 6pm Mon-Sat and 12pm -6pm on Sundays.

Do you open on Bank Holidays?

Yes we are open all year round - with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day & Easter Sunday.  However check with your local centre as other days may apply.

What age group does Funky Monkeys Cater for?

We cater for children up to and including 8 years of age.  We also have a height restriction of 4ft 5 inches.

What should my child wear to use the equipment?

We recommend that children wear long sleeved tops and trousers. Socks are compulsory to maintain our high levels of hygiene. Shoes are not permitted on the play equipment.

Do you accept credit and debit cards?

Yes

Can anyone come and use the café?

No only adult’s who accompany a paying child have access to our café facilities.

What does your membership scheme involve?

Funky Monkeys membership is a monthly membership which is collected by Direct Debit on the 1st day of every month. The membership gives you unlimited access to all our centres.  In your local centre ONLY you are given 10% discount off birthday parties and café purchases.

Can I self-cater for a child’s birthday party?

No. Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to allow this. However, we do offer a great value birthday package.

Can I bring cake and party bags to my child's party?

Yes! We however provide the party food for your party. All parents are required to bring along the main event - the birthday cake! (Please don't bring any knives as we will cut it for you.) Funky Monkeys also offer party bags to save you time and hassle!

How long does your birthday party last?

All our birthday parties last for 2 hours.  During this time you will have a dedicated party host for your party.

I want to hold a child's party at Funky Monkeys - what do I do next?

• Check availability by phone or email with your local centre
• You can either phone in or call in person to your local centre to book the party
• Please note there is a 50% non-refundable deposit required when booking.
• Party invitations are provided upon payment of your deposit

Are there minimum numbers of children required for your birthday parties?

Yes Mon-Fri we require a minimum of 8 children per party and at the weekend and school holidays we require a minimum of 10 children per party

Am I allowed to take photos or videos at Funky Monkeys?

We understand how people like to capture special moments so we do allow you to use this equipment, however, you may only take photo’s or video’s of your own children whilst in the party rooms.  NO photos or videos are allowed outside of the party rooms.

Are you a drop off facility?

No, we at Funky Monkeys do not at any time take responsibility for the supervision of children.  It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to remain on the premises at all times and supervise their children.

Is there car parking?

Yes, all our centres have very good parking facilities which make it easy for both the parent and child to gain access to our centres easily.

Can Adults get in on the fun?

Absolutely, we encourage all parents to get into the playframe and experience the fun with their kids.

Can we bring our own food and drink?

For health and safety reasons no food can be brought into the centre (with the exception of birthday cake, baby milk and baby food). We have a fully operational healthy eating café in all our centres to meet your requirements.
